this has the ion button which you would use during the sauna session to counteract all the negative ions that are produced while detoxing.
The o3 or Ozone button is used after the sauna session for around 5 minutes to clean and sterilise the sauna- this produces 03 Ozone which kills any bacteria thus making the sauna a self cleaning sauna.
